I visited this hotel last Monday Night with friends. The first rooms we were given were opposite a room with 3 men in who had the doors wide open, the TV on loud and were all smoking!

I was woken by insects crawling on my face! I turned the light on to find lots of Bed Bugs crawling around the bed.
I went to see the receptionist who immediately apologised after seeing them and moved me to another room. I am not squeamish but my whole body was itching with the thought of these bugs. In the morning I asked for a refund for my room as I had not slept at all. The receptionist said he would ask his manager. I had an email from the manager to say that the room has been quaranteened and fumigated to remove the Bed Bugs and that I could have a discount off my room on my next visit!
